John 6:54-56

International Standard Version

⁵⁴ Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I’ll raise him to life on the last day, ⁵⁵ because my flesh is real^[a] food, and my blood is real^[b] drink. ⁵⁶ The person who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.
